I'm finishing an A.A.S. in Information Technology at Delaware Technical Community College, concentrated in network administration and cybersecurity. Alongside the coursework I've been interning at XYZ Technology Solutions — real help desk volume, real servers, real stakes when things go wrong.
I earned CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and a Google IT Support certificate. I care about doing things right the first time and documenting it so the next person doesn't have to figure it out from scratch.

I'm applying for the Network Support Specialist role. I hold CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and spent the past year at a real help desk resolving 30+ tickets a week — so I'm not coming in to learn the ropes. I'm ready to contribute from day one.
What I've learned is that most IT problems aren't really about the technology. They're about the person on the other end who needs something to work and doesn't care why it broke. I've gotten good at keeping that perspective while still digging into the actual root cause.
